"We are extremely disappointed with this hotel and would never recommend it. The pictures do not quite match those shown on Hotels.com, and the location is inaccurately described – it is far from Al Masjid An-Nabawi. There is no proper reception, no hotel sign (which seems suspicious), no room service, and overall service is nearly non-existent. The property lacks any real facilities, feels empty, and the staff were uncooperative. The rooms were unclean at check-in, with stained bedding, dirty...

"They don’t provide water bottles daily Just the first day, I requested for housekeeping, and they never showed up. I had to ask for towels daily and toilet paper. Other than that, it was a good experience about 10 minutes from the haraam. I uber it back and forth."

"Hotel was great for Ramadan as it was near an amazing restaurant, very clean and fresh. Only downfall was they were building near by as in most places and there was alot of noises otherwise would if gave 5 star, there also isn't a reception area. "
