This place is very clean and modern. It provided everything we need during our stay. The communication was easy through the app. Street parking was very easy to find in the front or right across the street. I will stay here again next time.

This place was wonderful. It met all of our needs. There was a storage area to place our items before checking in. Very prompt with communication. The amenities met our expectations and beyond. It was nice to have our own washer and dryer. I have stayed in a Sonder before and will continue.

Nice place that doesnt feel like a hotel.

This was my first time staying at this type of establishment. It felt more like an apartment versus a hotel which was very nice. The area this particular place is situated can get very loud at night. They do supply you with earplugs and a white noise machine. Overall a cool experience.

The apartment was clean and smelled good when I arrived. It was very quiet and had everything I needed to have a good stay. A grocery store (Natural Grocers) is accessible by foot (15-20 min walk), and so are a few coffee shops with wifi. I came for a concert that took place at the Mission Ballroom. I went there by foot too (20 min walk), and felt safe coming back alone (I am woman). Access to the building and to the apartment was easy, especially if one has downloaded the Sonder app. Overall, it was a great stay. I highly recommend this property.

Property was great! Excellent location. Great communication when I had questions. Don’t be deterred by the google map image (a white shack behind a chain link fence), google needs to drive back by to get a new image!

Great property/wonderful stay

Very safe, beautiful view, good directions on access to the property. Beautiful inside and very modern. The TV’s connection to the internet had to be updated but it did not take long for the nice, young woman came to fix it. We had to compete with neighborhood parking to grab a parking spot, but luckily nabbed a close one. Kids were able to ride e-scooters and e-bikes for about 2 miles away from the property and back-having lots of fun-going to a concert and then the 16th Street mall.

Property itself was clean and nice, if a bit sparse. We had continuous issues getting hot water and had to wait forever until Sonder customer service answered our text (they never did answer our phone call). On the second day with tricky hot water, the Sonder person texted that I wasn’t using it properly? It’s a shower so I just expect to turn it on and get hot water. Anyhoo, despite a few surprising cold showers, I guess it was decent. Not great parking so be prepared. Also, your door code does not work until 4 pm, not a minute less.

Comfortable one bedroom, extremely clean. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed and bedding. Nice touches with coffee set up, desk, table and chairs and shower products. Also the lockers they provided for early arrivals or late departures were a lifesaver! Thank you! As others mention, walls are thin however it’s not a deal breaker. They provided ear plugs. Take your sound machine or use your white noise mobile app and you’ll be fine. Walking distance to many nice restaurants, breweries, bars etc.

New refurbished apartment with all the necessary equipment. In an area that is a 10 min walk from 2 train lines. The bus route is only once every hour from what I could tell. The apartment has a glaring design flaw, the bedrooms are not completely enclosed. There is a massive opening above the wall adjoining the passage, combined with the sliding doors that leave large spaces there is about as much privacy as a school toulet stall (i.e. virtually none at all!). If you are a family, or more than just a couple and if you intend to be able to have a private conversation nevermind anything more intimate, skip this place.

Beware

So the place is built very cheaply so you can hear everything, (neighbors, cars, walking) also the bedroom walls are not floor to ceiling so it makes it difficult to talk in your room if you have guests and watching tv is impossible if you have guests resting. The cleaning service had only cleaned 1/3 of the place when we arrived at 4 our check in time. No paper towels, floors were wet and dirty and the bedroom closest to the bathroom has a leak under the subflooring as you can hear it when you walk. Yikes!!!

Our stay at sonder was great. Everything went smoothly during check-in and the Rino area of Denver is a great place to hang out and a good location as a base area to get around. 4 stars because they do require you to download an app to access your check-in information or to check in early. Most communication by the hotel is handled by the app. It is easy to use though.

Overall the stay was excellent. It takes a little bit to get a response from someone on the app but once they do respond, they are great. The major downfall is the parking. It is street parking only so good luck w/ that & there are no public parking lots close by & all public parking is expensive per day.

Property was beautiful and spacious! No check in, but help was just a phone call away when our key code didn't work initially. Extra supplies were always available in the "lobby" (coffee, towels, toilet paper, etc.). We rented the 2 bedroom unit which was PERFECT for our needs. Recommend highly!
