The driveway to the guesthouse was appalling. It was so narrow that most Grab bookings would message asking us to meet them on the road as the driveway was too small for them to come down. It also needs to be paved or concreted to make walking on it, especially at night, a little safer.
The paving inside the guesthouse is not suitcase friendly as it is slabs of concrete with large gaps in between. We only had two small suitcases, so it wasn't too bad, but if anyone had bigger or heavier cases, they would have struggled.
The stairs are very steep and quite scary to come down. Maybe an elevator would work well.
The room was quite nice, but we didn't realise that we only had our linen changed once every 5 days stay, so given the heat, humidity and general dirt from the streets, the bed got quite dirty, quite quickly.
The staff were nice and friendly, but there were times when they were required and we couldn't find them. Given the price we paid, we could have found somewhere better, closer to Sanur, and with better amenities for less.

For me, the hotel was too far away from anything. It is close to a busy road which made walking around difficult. I am a fast walker and it would have been a good 20 minutes from the beach. The hotel itself was OK but for me, it was not in the best location.
