"The hotel was fantastic. Our room was small, but it was as advertised. "

"Easy to find, lift to 8th floor a little messy. Hotel lobby was clean, welcoming and had refreshments. My room was a good size. View on the side of another apartment block. So need to keep the curtains closed in the evening. Fridge didnt work, coffee machine had the wrong size pods, the hair dryer kept cutting out and had sellotape atound the button. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. However the walls had many scuffs, paint defects and a few areas of peeling wallpaper. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The tram stop 2 minutes from the hotel. Number 26 to Central Amsterdam so very convenient. "

"Our stay was lovely. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. My only complaint would be that the cleaner did not clean our room everyday even though this was requested. And on the final day she knocked at our door at 11.50. 10 minutes before check out time of 12 to essentially kick us out the room to clean, which was ironic and a bit rude. "

"The WiFi was good. While the room was small and minimalist, it had everything needed. If you are staying solo as I was this is ideal. If you are staying with another person, if they don't mind less space then this is also a great pick, but if you want someone that really needs a lot of space then might not be ideal."
