The staff was EXCELLENT! Check in went smoothly. Plenty of parking for my truck and trailer. The only negative thing was my ac/ heating unit was loud. But the weather was nice enough that I didn’t need it anyway. Great place to stay!

This place has very nice rooms. Young lady who checked us in was super helpful. Bed was comfortable and the shower has a cool shower head. Nice thick towels. Very Clean & nice quiet refrigerator great TV. The only reason didn't get 5 stars is because light comes in through window and door and the AC was loud.

First time staying here . The hotel was very quiet. A/c and heater worked good. They have a mini dining table, smart tv, mini fridge & microwave in the room. Lots of desk space to work on and the room was spacious. The bedding was clean. The restroom was clean and stocked. Good parking spaces next to the rooms. The hotel is right next to Walmart and a police station. So I assume the area is a little safe. We didn’t see any suspicious activities. Overall it’s a decent place to stay.

Great stop!

This was a great stop. We got in late and the young woman at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful. The room was very clean. In fact, although my preference is to be barefoot after travel and while packing to leave, it was one of the first times I stayed in an updated tile floor room that I did not have to wash my feet before donning socks and shoes! Kudos to the housekeeping staff!! We will definitely be back.

There were no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The small refrigerator was not very cold and appears to be defrosting all night. The tv did not turn on. Couldn't determine if it was the remote or the tv itself. There were no instructions on the landline phone in the room to reach the front desk to report my problems. It was almost 11:00 pm and very cold outside so I was not inclined to walk to the front desk. Fortunately, the heater in the room worked and I was able to get some sleep. I had driven from San Diego and was very tired. I slept in and was not able to make it before 9:00am to breakfast.

Seniors, take note...

There's a two-level staircase from the lobby to the 2nd floor, no elevator. There were also no rolling carts, which would have been helpful since we had enough stuff for a 3-week road trip. Fortunately, the staff was able to change our room to the ground floor. Also, the room door was so difficult to open that I thought the key card wasn't working; my husband had to push the door open for me and for the fellow traveler next door having the same problem with her card. Another issue - hopefully a one-time thing: the site says "breakfast included." We were told by the night clerk that breakfast would be in the adjoining restaurant beginning at 6 AM. At 6 AM the next morning, there was no breakfast and the day clerk gave us a certificate to use at a nearby Quality Inn. When we finally checked out around 8:30 AM, the restaurant was open and we were told they were just late opening up. It was not a grab-and-go meal but one that had to be ordered and prepared, which would have been fine had we not had to get on the road. Finally, a general note: while the bed was comfortable and the shower great, there were very few outlets, no chair, no desk - all useful amenities on a long road trip with intermittent wi-fi access. (First world problems!)
