I have purchased a room with Expedia and when reached have my us passport went to room was dirty sheets had cigarette burns and smells then they called me down stairs and said we can’t give you the room because your a us ID won’t work need a Indian ID so then after being denied and charged Expedia all won’t refund me . So now I wonder is the site even worth it anymore and can even refund me less than $20 makes me wonder I I had book for a week I would be out of luck from this company
