They didn’t honor the booking for two days. just gave one day accommodation and didn’t refund the charges for the second day.

The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. My toilet would not flush, so I had to change rooms---no apologies. Then, in the new room, the shower would not drain. There is a beautiful pool, but no chairs or deck so seems it is just to look at. I would not recommend this place.

Stay away.. really bad.

I wouldnt recommend this at all, not sure who gave this 4 start or 5 start hotel. its worst than 3 start. Rooms were smelly, door keys werent working.. Their entire focus on the guest who come for marriage ceremony and rest other guests (who cares).. Short staffed, they are just doing the job because thats what these guys are pushing them to do. Really bad..

This establishment is not a hotel but a banquet hall that accommodates multiple events, including up to three weddings simultaneously. As a result, it can be quite noisy. The rooms are not up to standard, with cleanliness issues, including dirty linens and bedsheets with holes. Additionally, the televisions are inoperable, lamp shades are damaged, and there is a noticeable smell of smoke in the rooms.
