"The owner greeted us upon entering and made us quite comfortable. Loved that the dinner menu changed daily. The staff was very accommodating. The owner gave us a private tour of the new extension of the hotel. Definitely will be back after the new wing is completed. "

"This cruise exceeded my expectations. Spacious cabins, wonderful sundeck, excellent food, smooth cruising, small capacity relative to other boats and service oriented staff made for a very enjoyable time. At first I was going to book my own guides, but opted instead to book the cruise's siteseeing package. Glad I did, Hamad our guide was outstanding and there can be delays in the cruise do to timing in the river locks which could make coordination with outside guides difficult and stressful. ...

"The hotel was in a beautiful setting of gardens. The staff was gracious and eager to accommodate my requests, with it was giving directions, making restaurant reservations, or needing a breakfast box to go. "I recently stayed alone for 3 nights. I was very satisfied with the hotel staff's response, room, and food. The location was on the west bank of the Nile River, so it was easy to access places like the Valley of the Kings, and unlike the east bank, it was quiet and comfortable.
