Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Had a worst experience with the property. They do not have enough staff available. They just have few kids who are extremely unprofessional.
Property do not have power back up and water facilities gets impacted. There were guests in the hotel who didn't have water for their dailies. The manager of the hotel is also worst. He doesn't have cortesy of being available to hear the customers. Not recommended at all for families and kids.
Few instances - they do not have staff to accommodate room services. The manager Manish Gaur asked the customer to go to restaurant and get the milk as the staff was not available.
