"From the moment we checked into the hotel the staff couldn’t have done enough for us. From little touches in the room, to the customer service was excellent. We stayed in the family room (bunk bed) and our kids loved it, it was like having separate rooms. The room was very comfortable and clean and was susprised how spacious it was. Ideal for family city break. Facilities to make tea and coffee which always helps. Nice coffee shop across the street- bit pricey and grocery store handy for those...

"Lovely boutique hotel not far from the main station. Easy to find. This was my second stay and it was, once again, excellent. Some lovely staff and good sized rooms which are kept clean. It is not the cheapest but I believe it offers fair value for Amsterdam. There are steps to the main entrance, which may not suit travellers with limited mobility. Recommended. "

"First and foremost, the staff was perhaps the best I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and helpful best describes them. We arrived early and they were able to move some rooms around and let us check in early after an overnight flight. Housekeeping kept the room stocked. We opted for having breakfast included, which I highly recommend. Coffee, fruit juice, croissants, made to order eggs. Again, the people staffing the breakfast area was just so pleasant."

"Great place to stay. Walk to a local bar for a drink and dinner. A local bakery with great bread, pastries and coffee if you don't fancy the heavier breakfast of the hotel. Several restaurants and bars all in walking distance but far enough away to not be a noise concern. Hotel food was great. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa were all fabulous. Staff are very helpful and friendly. You can walk to the rest of the city from here, or you could take a tram or hire a bike. "

"At first when we arrived, I was a little worried about our booking choice but it actually was a great little place. We didn't choose the breakfast option so I can't comment. Check in was great. Having spent a lot of time in the Old Town it was really nice to be out of it and in a neighbourhood. A10 walk in one direction takes you right to the Metro which is then just a 8 minute metro downtown Old Town and a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to a lovely street and neighbourhood...
