Great for price, staff very friendly except the breakfast lady who was a tad rude. Beds comfy, clean, walking distance to a few restaurants. Not much in town but a great stay over stop.

Amazing price for a chic boutique hotel in a historic building! Clean, spacious & modern room, and friendly front desk staff. Stayed overnight on a long holiday weekend so there were many free, unrestricted parking spots along the street in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

A real hidden gem in a town that, to be frank, really doesn't have much going for it. VERY limited dining options and most are chains. Hopefully the casino will attract better options. The Bee is a really well-thought out, clean, close to luxury hotel and I will be back...

The rooms were super clean and something you don’t see often in hotels were towels that were actually fluffy and soft. I know that’s a small detail but as someone who travels often for work it was a nice touch. The rooftop patio was also really nice to sit at and the hotel is within walking distance to multiple restaurants. It was a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unique hotel in the River District of Danville. The old newspaper building has been thoughtfully renovated with quality furnishings. Friendly and efficient staff. Bed and bedding were excellent and we slept well. Breakfast was ok, nothing remarkable, comparable to Hampton Inn. Convenient location, easy walk to excellent restaurant, The Gold Leaf. We’d be happy to stay again.
