"The staff at Gateway Lodge is AMAZING, with hospitality to travel-weary guests without sleep for 24 hours above and beyond expectation! They got us settled, and we enjoyed a wonderful late lunch at Blas Cafe, in preparation for a solid night's sleep our first night in Ireland. Appreciated them all more than we could say. "Lough Eske Castle was superior in every sense of the word.
From the moment we drove onto the property grounds, and wound our way through the manicured lawns, beautiful trees and gardens, slowly making our way to the front of the castle (savoring each moment), we were smiling!
We were greeted by one of the hotel staff members who kindly took our luggage and parked our car.
When we walked into the castle, there were staff members lining each side of the stairwell to welcome us.
