They double charged me on my credit card. They agreed that they charged my credit card twice, and stated this would be corrected on a few business days. But when I asked for a statement showing they charged me twice, I was told they couldn't print that and said there is nothing that they could do. It is unbelievable that they could not correct this charge immediately. I was so frustrated, because I had to check out without any proof of this happening and just hope they would do the right thing.
