Anytime I come to the Arlington area I stay with Kasa because they never disappoint!!! The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful.

Small, clean space. However… Entrance of building- as jail. Elevator not working Super dirty stairs. Door knob in the floor entrance door completely missing. Lots of creative thinking was done to open it. The studio- The fridge kept us up the whole entire night.

The property was clean for the most part but needs some minor maintenance upkeep. Location was great! Lots of college students in the building, so it’s not always super quiet. The building itself needs maintenance, tidying up. Especially pool area, pool chairs are old and grungy. Overall it was a good stay and would stay again.

The apartment was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. The customer service was amazing. I had a couple if issues, not with the accommodations, that were resolved immediately. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Arlinton.

I will never book at a kasa again. Poor communication about how to access the property, access codes did not work, parking area was changed an hour before check in, the room was nothing like the pictures, yhem i was informed 5 minutes after check in tome that there was going to be a mandatory inspection and if I didnt comply i would be charged a $250.00 fee/ fine, totally unacceptable.

This property was great and as advertised. The only issue we had was with one of the showers. The pressure was terrible, not functioning properly. It wasn’t too big of a deal because we had a 2 bathroom unit, and we just used that shower. Other than that, 5 stars from us.

Excellent place to stay. Facility was in good condition. My one complaint is that the main door and the garage doors did not lock properly so non-occupants could entire. However I felt safe in the area and the door to my apartment was secure. As a woman traveling alone this is important. One additional security would be an interior door lock similar to a hotel door.

Good but not great

We arrived and followed the check in instructions, only to find out that the elevator was broken and our unit was on the 5th floor. Not ideal for someone recently recovering from knee surgery. They knew the call box to get into the building was broken and noted it so this should have been noted too. The trash hadn’t been taken out in our unit. And then the next day returning to the unit discovered the key fob battery was low in the remote so we couldn’t open the parking garage gate

The unit was great! Location is good as well, lots of dining options in walking distance. Building itself was a disappointment. Trash was overflowing from the trash rooms in heaps. You had to walk right beside piles of smelly garbage to get to your parkade door. We heard they had no building manager at the time so garbage was laying around for over a week in 100 degree weather. Overall, we would return because the unit itself was great and location and price was good.

Almost perfect

We booked here because it was walkable (about 1 mi) from ATT Stadium for a Cowboys game. The apartment was nicely kept, had a full kitchen with some utensils & spices, had a big bathroom and had inside-gated parking. All positives, though you should be aware that this is basically college housing with a railroad 100 yards away. The trains really don't run at night, so the RR was no big deal. There was a loud tenant next door on Saturday night--like 2am to 6am loud. Not Kasa's fault, but be aware it can happen. Did not reoccur the rest of our stay.

Was in for my son’s graduation and staying on the 5th floor. The 1st after being dropped off by my Uber with all my luggage I learned the elevator was out of service. So I walked all my luggage up 5 flights in 2 trips. It wouldn’t have been so bad but I just had knee surgery so it put me down for the remainder of my stay. I called Kasa but nothing was done while I was there. I checked out 2 days earlier than planned.

Felt like it was a prison

Once you got to the room, it was clean if not sterile, but getting to and from it was an adventure and not in a good way. Everything is automated, no staff, so they give you six pages of instructions and codes. Park in public area of garage, find outside door, enter code, go through another door, find elevator, enter code, walk down cement hallways, find room, enter code, get parking pass, go back to parking garage, move car, repeat above steps to make your way back to the room. They want you to bring the parking pass back to the room when you leave so do it all again. Long echoing cement hallways, doors slamming shut, locks clicking shut, it was pretty creepy for my wife and she commented that it felt like a prison. I just said never again.

The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Navigating around the building was complicated (signs would be nice), and the elevator and halls weren’t always the most tidy. Location was perfect. Easy access to coffee shop, within walking distance to College Park Center. Would stay here again.
