Called the hotel before booking a room for my daughters and their friends. Explained all guests were at least 18 years old, I would pay for the rooms but would not attend, asked if this would be a problem and was told it was not a problem, I would just need to sign a credit card authorization. My girls arrived and were told they had to be 21 to have a room. I spoke with the manager, he seemed pleased to not offer any help and was unpleasant toward my daughters. Hilton Garden Inn was awful, thankfully Hotels.com was everything the hotel manager should have been. Hotels.com was positive, worked with me to find a solution, and helped us quickly. I was a repeat customer to Hilton Garden Inn, no longer. I am and remain a repeat customer to Hotels.com
