Overall nice stay and good location to the beach. There is mini market in front of hotel. The room can be noisy from the traffic sounds from the outside. If possible ask for high floor if you have balcony in the room

Amazing stay in Danang

It was the most wonderful stay I could have asked for. The reception team did everything to Accommodate all my wishes: from an earlier check in to lunch to a mid night snack. It’s clean the internet works and specious. It comes with a safe and pool. Loved every minute of it. Xx

Room would actually be fine with a deep clean! Rooms were dated. Bedding was clean but stained, shower had lots of soap scum and some mould in the grout. Cobwebs on the ceiling. We were able to check in very late which was good. The pool being in the lobby is a bit odd. Overall just needs a really good update and refresh.

Hotel.com map location for this hotel is incorrect. It is not located near the dragon bridge as I wanted. It was passed the bridge closer to the beach. I was disappointed and felt mislead The location was very disappointing. House cleaning was also lacking even though all the staffs were extremely nice.

Hotel that tries to rip you off.

Was not impressed with this hotel the min we checked in. We asked how much it would cost for us to go to Ba Na Hills from the hotel and they gave us a ridiculous amount (1.8M VND to be exact for ONE WAY) When asked about the admission tickets as well again, they lied and said it was standard price At 900,000 VND per person and was the same everywhere else. I knew they were lieing the min they gave me those prices.I decided to arrange my own transportation and get my own tickets. It cost me 600,000 VND round trip and 700,000 VND admission to Ba Na HIlls. The staff was not helpful, did not know where our room was. He took us to the wrong floor then when we got to the right floor he took us the wrong way to our room. For such a small hotel you would think they would know where everything was. The safe in our room did not work as well. Hotel was new and nice but overall would not stay here ever again. There was another guest beating their kids next door so we had to hear spanking, screaming and crying all night. Don’t try and scam your guest we’re not stupid. We’ve been to a lot of hotels in Vietnam and this by far was the worst one. You’re better off staying at a different hotel.
