Very clean and spacious hotel and room... Delicious breakfasts! Very comfy bed and pillows and very polite and friendly staff. Great location, easy walk to the main city centre/ markets etc. The hotel is beautifully tiled thoughout but this means it was noisy in the mornings and we had some ants in our room (as long as all food was put in the fridge, this didn't bother us)

スタッフのかたは、英語が伝わらない人が多かったのですが、皆さん笑顔で接してくださり、とても快適でした。 いざというときは必ず英語ができるスタッフと交代してくださるので、困ることはありませんでした。

Nice quiet place close enough to old quarter without being in the middle of the noise. Birds chirping ourside your window. There are only 7 rooms here so it feels spacious. AMAZING iced coffee free at breakfast. Super nice host family, free bike loan and cheap scooter rental next door.

We are very happy with the property. First we arrived a bit early but the staff allow us to get into the room. The room is spacious, clean, comfy bed and I like the balcony so much. The free breakfast was amazing. Everything was so good. I will definitely go back next time

The safe here are so lovely and extremely happy to help in any way. It's a very short walk to the Old Town area. Breakfast was great and made fresh for your order. This is a home stay so don't expect a pool or buffet breakfast. Trust me if you need more for breakfast your belly is too big and some would say fat. You can hire bikes or motor bikes from next door very cheap. We were very happy.

距離古鎮步行不到10分鐘，門口附近有很多小攤販，購入水及飲料很便利，房間很大還有水果真的很棒！！工作人員很親切，性價比高。

Loved this place
Very well situated about 5 mins walk outside of the old town and right opposite a 5 star hotel. I can honestly say that I don't believe that I would have received better service across the road from the Heritage Homestay - our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived we were well looked after. Checked in with the minimal of fuss. The lady on reception said that there were a number of things that she could recommend if we wanted and to just ask. Laundry was duly sorted immediately next door (I believe that it is all linked) and we settled in for a comfortable stay. The hotel (it wasn't a homestay) brought us bottles of water and fruit (bananas & mangoes) and cakes every day - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious with a choice from the menu and fresh bread, butter and jam. Pound for pound, I would rate this as the best place that we've stayed on our trip throughout India and SE Asia - absolutely loved it!

Bom custo-benefício.
O nosso quarto era espaçoso, a cama deliciosa (cama grande e lençóis macios) e foi lá que tomei o melhor banho durante minha viagem (banheiro com box e ducha forte). A localização é boa (uns 10 minutos até o cidade antiga). A única coisa que nos incomodou (e muito!) foi o cheiro forte de mofo! Era fortíssimo, mas depois de um tempo acostumou.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, komfortable Betten und gutes Frühstück mit frischen Baguettes. Täglich frisches Obst im Zimmer. Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht und schnell zu erreichen.

Lovely home stay!
We didn't expect as much as we got from this homestay as it was such a good deal money wise. But we were pleasantly surprised! The room was huge with very comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom was brand new and the shower was lovely! Breakfast was included and there was a good choice to choose from. Definitely recommend this homestay!

다낭 - 호이안 여행 숙소들 중 최고
친구랑 하루 머물렀는데, 주변에 올드타운도 있고 자전거 대여도 바로 옆에서 할 수 있고 다낭갈때 택시도 합리적인 가격에 불러주어서 굳굳 침대도 푹신해서 좋았구요. 아침도 맛있어요~~

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti presso l'Heritage Homestay ad Hoi An ed è stata una bellissima esperienza! La posizione è ottima per raggoungere in pochi minuti a piedi la città vecchia, pur restando fuori dalla confusione sei turisti della sera. Staff gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Ci hanno anche indicato un negozio in cui andare a fare gli abiti su misura: è stato perfetto!

Big room & comfortable stay
My room with the garden view on the ground floor was big & clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful although limited knowledge of English. Next door is a laundry with reasonable price. It's waking distance, maybe around 10 mins, to the ancient city. It's all good. I have no complaints. Highly recommended.

Decent choice for a place to stay in Hoi An.
Newish building about 10-15 minutes walk away from the heart of the old town. Friendly service, well maintained, although water pressure in shower could be a bit temperamental. Room comfortable. Breakfast OK although it was taken in the rather scruffy courtyard (no fans). Only real downside was that room wasn't service during stay.

구시가지에 가깝지만 바퀴벌레&모기가 나온다
가족들이 친절하고 조식이 맛납니다. 방은 크고 전망과 정원도 다 좋지만, 첫날 욕실에 큰 바퀴벌레가 죽은채로 나오고, 2박 내내 모기에 시달렸어요. 위치적으로 구시가지에 걸어서 2분입니다. 바로 옆에 자전거 대여점 (300.000동/자전거당/종일), 바로 앞에 사거리에 슈퍼마트 2개가 있으니 필요한건 다 있어요.

Great location
Great location in the heart of the city close to all bars and restaurants. The hotel staff was very courteous, the rooms were great barring the bathroom. Overall a pleasant stay!

직원이 굉장히 친절하고, 숙소가 전체적으로 깔끔하고 깨끗!
말하는 내내 항상 웃으면서 일하는 두명의 여자직원. 가족이 운영하는 것 같은데 두 명의 여자직원이 항상 손님들과 소통함. 첫 날 방이 비었는지 얼리체크인도 해주고, 매우매우 친절함. 방도 깨끗했고, 넓찍했음! 항상 숙소 주변은 조용했고, 편했음. 그렇다고 중심가랑 멀리 떨어져있는것도 아니여서 저녁에 나갈 때 아주 좋았음. 숙소 후기 귀찮아서 잘 안남기는데 여기는 정말 여러가지로 마음에 드는 곳이어서 꼭 남기고 싶었음! 베트남 무비자 기간때문에 시간이 촉박해 2박밖에 안했지만 시간이 좀 더 있었으면 더 머물렀을것 같음. 좋은 추억 남기고 갑니다. 아 그리고 여기 숙소에있는 강아지와 고양이 정말 귀여움!!! 강아지 애교 정말 많음^^. 꼭 다시 가고싶은 곳입니다.

Great hotel with great staff!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hoi An. The location is perfect, very close to the ancient city, and the staff is the best, they do everything to make your time perfect! Would like to mention Ms. Thanh, the recepcionist, she is so kind and can help you with everything, and she is always with a smile on her face!! Loved everything!!

Convenient and value for money
We had a pleasant 3 nights stay at Heritage. Amenities are basic but good enough for the price we paid. Room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Located just outside the ancient town, it is a convenient 10 minute walk to the shopping and eating area. Bicycle and bike rental is also available right beside the homestay.

Tôi được chào đón bằng nụ cười, nước uống và trái cây miễn phí. Nhận phòng sớm hơn 3 tiếng không phụ thu. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình chỉ dẫn. Sau khi chia ta để đi Bà Nà, chủ nhà còn tặng 5 chai nước suối và chuối mang theo. Nhất định sẽ quay lại!

우선 매우 친절합니다 조식도 잘 나오고 항상 웃는얼굴로 맞이해줍니다 그리고 테라스가 있어 밤에 좋더라구요 각종 투어도 신청할 수 있고 픽업서비스도 함께합니다 방도 굉장히 넓었고 인테리어도 좋았습니다 하지만 아쉬웠던 점은 청소상태였습니다 침대시트는 굉장히 깔끔했지만 바닥과 욕실청소는 아예 되어있지 않았고 전 사람이 쓴 흔적이 남아있었습니다 그래도 아주 더럽지는 않아서 그냥 썼습니다
