The staff doesn't speak English. Even most of the receptionists doesn't. The hotel is catered towards Chinese travelers.

９９％中国人です。 日本語を話せるスタッフはいません。英語が出来ないと大変だと思います。 また、その英語もベトナム英語で、聞き取りにくいです。 ですが、スタッフはその分日本人だとわかると、親切です。 エアラインのWEBチェックインをする為、ビジネスセンターを利用しましたが、親切に対応してくださいました。 客室やプールは大満足でした。

It is perfect location for beach front relaxing in Danang.Due to China-Vietnam conflict, it seems no Chinese tourist which makes the hotle a lot vacancy

Not comportable hotel & no good service

It takes 15 min from Hotel to Danang Airport by a taxi. But there is no pick up service and shuttle bus. If go to outside of hotel, you should take a taxi. Also there are so many Chiness and cannot have a breakfast due to so loud and smoking. Room Cleansing isn't given daily and you can have a clean room if only request for cleanseaing service. I recommended Hoi An history Hotel insead Danang of if you should have a comfortable holiday.

클라운플라자다낭호텔 예약바우처에는 모든 아침식사가 포함돼어 있었는데 불포함이었고 , 또한 모든객실이 씨뷰인줄알고 예약했는데 시티뷰를 주었다 추가로 조식뷔페를 먹었는데 가격대비 아침식사가 매우 부실하고 시티뷰숙박비로는 매우 비싼가격이라고 생각됨 다음번에는 이 가격으로는 다른 호텔로 숙박할예정

Had a lovely 2 days here in Feb the breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were clean only thing the blanket was a bit to heavy for the weather. Used the gym pool and beach all facilities were of an excellent standard

Overpriced for Vietnam

Personnel not helpful. Very few people in a "5 star" hotel actually speaks english. Completely overpriced food. Isolated from the rest of the town you end up spending a lot of money in transportation. Better to stay in Hoi An (in winter at least). Facilities good in summer probably. Not a hotel for winter time.

5 star when the finishng touched are complete

Parts of his Hotel are still under construction but this didn't adversely impact our stay. Right on the beach, the rooms are magnificent and the breakfast to die for.
