"Great hotel! Clean and spacious room, upgraded us for free Staff was amazing and super accommodating. Helpful with any requests Julian was a favorite ! Everyone was amazing here 2 small beaches with plenty of chairs Calm water and easy in and out of the water Great massage at the spa Nice gym and have a sauna and hot tub Make delicious smoothies at the gym Food was very good and reasonably priced ! "Room and property clean and well maintained, some fixtures a little dated, but not an issue for me. Staff was ALL super! Restaurant not on property but is right there and Mambo beach is a 5-10 min walk (lots of shopping and restaurants, please note Mambo beach shops close early!) overall location is great! Lagoon for soaking and swimming was great, lots of fish and safe area to snorkel and explore. Parking about a 3-5 min walk, process to park could be a little clearer. Visit the aquarium, it was greet we did the dolphin snorkel and it was amazing! Get a car and explore the island, this is a great home base! Pools nice and having the huge hot tub was super! We loved it! We had a car but resort has a shuttle; which would be nice if you didn’t have a rental!"

"The staff was very helpful, however, housekeeping was not doing their job correctly. I checked in on October 24th, the bedsheets were not changed, and i know because there was rice on the bed. I called front desk the next day ( by the way it was my bday), because the table with the coffee machine on it, was dirty, stained, and the coffee machine was also nasty. Housekeeping came, changed towels, made the bed without changing the sheets, did not clean well, and did not touch the coffee table. After a few minutes, a young lady came by( unfortunately i did not ask her name, she was amazing), she asked me about the coffee machine, and she asked immediately to replace the coffee machine. She was told that they do not have more coffee machine in stock. She took the coffee machine, and she washed it very thoroughly herself, brought back the machine, changed sugar, creamer and and the cups, because the ones i received during check in was dirty and full of sugar. Props to the young lady for doing her work, and to the "gentleman" who told her, that she was not her boss, just because she asked her to do his job; he needs to go home for being lazy."
