O primeiro quarto fomos hospedados deu vazamento na pia (coisa normal e que pode acontecer), fomos mudados para outro quarto que supostamente seria de casal, porém era com duas camas, uma de "viuva" assim chamda aqui por não ser nem de solteira e nem de casal e uma cama de solteiro, ora tenho 1.85 de altura, fiquei com os pes pra fora da cama, minha esposa teve que dormir na cama de solteira pois a cama de viuva não cabia nós dois, falei na recepção dia seguinte, porém só me disseram que iriam averiguar, não tive nenhum desconto pelo transtorno ou algo parecido, somente me cobraram o consumo e mais nada, ja fiquei outras vezes no mesmo hotel e hoteis da rede, sempre foi excelente, porém, aparetemente ter uma nova gestão adm, deixando muito a desejar. Não indico a ninguem passar uma noite que seria de casal, se tornar uma noite de transtornos. Café da manhã tambem ja foi melhor !!

o primeiro quarto em que me colocaram o ar condicionado fazia barulho e estava com infiltração, e me deu alergia. a parte reformada do hotel tem um preço e a parte não reformada tem outro, contudo isso não está informado no sites de reservas. O segundo quarto para onde fui transferida estava em boas condições. O café da manhã é bom, as frutas são gostosas, contudo o café (que todo brasileiro ama) não tem gosto bom, pelo contrário é bem ruim.

infelizmente fiquei só um dia, tive que sair do hotel, por conta de uma reforma que está acontecendo e ficou impossível de permanecer, muito barulho. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos durante o pouco tempo que estive lá. O gerente também foi compreensivo com a situação e facilitou meu cancelamento.

atendimento péssimo por parte de um recepcionista, minha reserva de quarto de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas onde uma estava mais alta que a outra, fiz reclamação na recepção e nada foi feito! jamais volto a me hospedar ou indicaria pra alguém!!!

Não tem TV , Wi-Fi, não há instrução na chegada , catraca do estacionamento funciona as primeiras 12 horas , cartão para abertura da porta , desmagnetiza cada saída do quarto . Vidros quebrados na janela do quarto . Péssimo não consegui entrar em contato . Casamento da neta e foi um desastre na estadia.
