"I missed the breakfast but parking is ok ."

"Avoid this place if at all possible. I reserved a room with multiple beds (3 queen beds) and I was told the day of check in that they no longer had rooms with multiple beds. When I asked why I wasn’t informed sooner the caller stated blamed Hotels.com for not updating the availability. The room we were given had issues with the TV, the remote wasn’t working and the receptionist came up to assist and stated it was the batteries and left to replace them. When he came back it still wasn’t working and said he would come back the next day. We never saw him or the TV remote control. The room was disgusting to say the least. Bathroom had hair on the side of the tub, dirt and trash in the toilet paper dispenser, floors were so sticky our shoes were making noise and our beds looked like they had been slept on top of. We had planned to inform the front desk but when we had spoken over the phone earlier I was told they could cancel my reservation and go elsewhere. I wish we would have stayed anywhere else and paid more. I have stayed on many occasion at Motel 6 in other cities and never experienced such disgust in customer service and cleanliness of the room. Oh and let’s not talk about all the smoking and hanging out on the stairs and loud commotions all night long. "

"Everyone there is friendly and helpful, and everything in the room was nice and clean. The only issue I have that the door of our hotel didn’t close correctly! But I enjoyed my stay!"

"The room was dirty and had a smell of vomit. I found what looked like rodent droppings on the bathroom sink. Couldn't stay there so I went somewhere else"

"The hotel did not advertise that they are under construction. I arrived in the evening and they allowed me to check in without informing me. After receiving payment then they told me. An hour later once i viewed the place i told the desk i wanted to check out because i was not comfortable there. They refused me a refund, but I thought that the false advertisement allowed me a refund. I did not stay more than an hour but they received payment for 4 nights. This is just a fraudulent process and no customer should experience this"

"Breakfast was great., no hot water in shower, let it run for all time and never got hot. Was very disappointed had to take a cold shower on a rainy day."

"Front desk was not very friendly. Simple plain room. Nothing special. 2 Star hotel at 4 Star price. No breakfast & there was no coffee made in the lobby. The coffee pot was empty at 8am! Not worth the $$$"

"Stayed for night and feel in love with the hotel. Staff was friendly room were clean. Bar was amazing. Had such a good time I will be returning ☺️ "
