El Hotel es muy ameno, la limpieza es excelente, la atención de las personas de recepción también es muy buena, cuenta con restaurantes, la comida muy rica y esta en muy buena ubicación, céntrica y cercana al rio San Marcos, Dunas, Minas etc.

El hotel esta muy bonito moderno, pero con varios puntos a mejorar: 1.La limpieza de los camastros y columpios porque tenían bichitos. 2. El estacionamiento con poco orden y capacidad 3. Nos toco una habitación con ventana a calle, desde las 6am estábamos escuchando gente pasar y por la noche hasta la 1am de gente saliendo del restaurante de enfrente, podrían poner algún protector en la ventana anti ruido, por que si es molesto. Si quieres descansar de la tecnología es el lugar, el wifi solo agarra en el área de la alberca.
