"exactly what I expected. close to transport links. the most amazing breakfast. very clean and quiet. the rooms were a good size and very well maintained. the climate controls in the room was right on point. The hotel was right next to the Vienna Gate of the Castle District, so very convenient to visit Buda Palace and the entire Castle District (without having to climb up). This hotel is in a great, central location with tons of transport connections nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and it made for an altogether easy stay. The 24-hour front desk also proved very beneficial as we has to leave around 3 am and they had a cab waiting and easy check-out. The only issue we faced was that the thermostat in the room was a little finicky, but overall it was a great stay.

Great experience at Park Plaza! Very clean room and beautiful views. Made use of the gym and sauna while staying which were great features. Reception and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Close proximity to the Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion. About 20 minute scenic walk into the main town over the Danube and close to metro and tram stops too.
