"Very friendly reception, excellent service, clean and comfortable chalet, towels , working aircond.quick check in and checkout, very helpful reception and accommodating . Wi-Fi was slow and tv no reception but who watches tv nowadays. Initially during booking it says breakfast included however when asked it wasn’t included so we didn’t get breakfast with our room despite the booking said so.. this should really be rectified .. anyway we would stay again here love the chalet and convenience,...

"Place of the hotel is quite strategy, however, the facility provided name was impressive, but quite a disappointment when u check it out. Viewing deck wasnt that stunning after all. Sound proof was bad, when i am in the room, the sound along the hallway was loud and even can hear noises from room nearby. Breakfast was simple and not impressive. "

"When I wanted to check-in, the receptionist said my name is not in the list for today's guest. Well, obviously the mistake was on the hotel side. Took her 30 mins to get confirmation from the hotel manager/owner about my booking. And luckily there is still one room available. So my advice the hotel management: Be more organize in handling customer booking via online."
