"The shuttle to and from town was very helpful and the staff are friendly. The beach nearby is beautiful and the walk along it into town is easy. The room itself was clean enough but a bit run down. It was difficult to sleep with people passing by and the blinds didn’t keep the sun out."

"My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Aloha. Check in was a breeze, the staff were lovely and the rooms were well decorated. We loved the room had both aircon and a ceiling fan and came with additional extras such as a nice beach bag and beach towels. The shared kitchen was an absolute treat too as we didn’t realise we would have access to free breakfast and bottled water! It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach and town. "Fantastic views by the River. Cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated and seemed to be very new. Well worth the $$$. Plenty of lovely spots to swim,walk and eat."

"It is a beautiful location. Stunning pool and surrounds - unfortunately the condition of the timber walkways is a real concern. Crystalbrook Byron has to spend a lot of time and money to replace and make good these walkways, to lift their profile and compete in this retreat space."

"There is a smell in the bathroom. The underground carpark and lift to the rooms (not all rooms have lift access) were extremely helpful if you have large luggage."

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."
