"Such a beautiful property and host. The building is spectacular and romantic.
The garden breakfast setting is peaceful. Guilietta was incredibly helpful.
Would love to return one day.
Highly recommend if you’re in to romantic historic buildings and exceptional hosts."

"Lovely property, beautifully furnished in an elegant style. Nice bar around the corner open till late, but needed to go into the city to find somewhere to eat
Our only issue was the advertised pool was not open, though clearly had been
When we asked about it the owner said no
We went down to the pool area to sit out and he was there covering it up so clearly had been open"

"Be sure to take your door codes with you when you leave for the evening or to sit in the garden because after 5 or 6 pm the staff is gone and you don’t want to be locked out.
Amazing breakfast (continental) and lovely staff and room."

"Good central area for Pisa, Florence and other small scenic towns, but definitely recommend a car for getting around. Beautiful, cozy stay and very accommodating owners."

"We stayed at B&B Prime Sant Agostino for one night while visiting Pisa and it was a great option for a short stay.
Our room was spotlessly clean and was a good size for the four of us for one night. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated after arriving late on a hot evening.
Our flight arrived on time, but there was a lengthy wait at passport control, the host kindly waited for us to arrive after 10pm, which we really appreciated. Check-in was easy and welcoming...

"The owners were really accommodating, we had early starts everyday and they made sure we had breakfast available before we left. The property is very clean and tidy, and the pool area was nice and quiet. As a family of four we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this BnB if you are visiting Tuscany"

"Room was very clean, staff was very accommodating, air conditioning worked well, room thoughtfully decorated, no breakfast provided but available options closeby"
"Lovely stay! The breakfast was really nice, the room was basic but clean and had a huge bed which was a treat. The shower was warm, but the water pressure was pretty rubbish. Worth bearing in mind if you have long hair you are hoping to wash! Otherwise, the staff were excellent and being able to enjoy some drinks on the rooftop bar so close to the tower was genuinely such a highlight. Well worth a stay!"
"Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but there are no hot items. However the juices were amazing. The continental breakfast type had a good variety of cold meats and cheeses, pastries, cereal, and fruit. Lots of condiments. Service was great. Not a coffee drinker so I can’t evaluate this, but there was a machine that I saw the workers making coffee for guests.
The things I wasn’t crazy about was a firm bed and pillows. In addition, the tv reception was bad for some channels. The shower stall is small and the room is small for a solo person. Clean is the most important for me so I was happy for that.
The location was great for the train and buses. Easy to get to the Leaning Tower. Unfortunately, you are near the train station so there are not so friendly people around the neighborhood. However there is a police presence at the station and no one asked me for anything or approached me during the day. Thought it was best to stay home indoors at night being a solo traveler. Overall, it was good and I would stay there again until I have any problems with hotel or neighborhood."
