Five stars are simply not enough to describe my experience at Aïda Hôtel & Spa. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from Carolina – she was absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel. Valentine was also great – helpful and kind – but Carolina truly stood out. The spa was peaceful and beautifully maintained – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was rich, well-presented, and full of delicious options to suit every taste. And the view from the room was breathtaking – calm and panoramic, adding to the overall serenity of the stay. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Truly a memorable stay. Wonderful!

Wow - this hotel is so wonderfully relaxing. We had an amazing room with spectacular views and I didn't want to leave the room until I ventured into the spa - even more relaxation! The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The whole place is finished off to such a high standard with lovely touches throughout . Our meal at the restaurant, Le Partage, was also excellent. I hope we have chance to visit again in the not too distant future!
