"Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. It had a lovely view of the bush and afforded an opportunity for sighting wildlife, however the balcony was minute. The breakfast buffet was varied and adequate. The quality of our evening meals was excellent and the staff serving us were friendly and efficient. Given the cost of the room ($450 per night) we were disappointed by the state of the carpeting adjacent to the balcony (see attached photo). This is something that should have been rectified. "

"Nice place to stay if you're staying in the very quiet town of Queenstown. The room is spacious with a kitchenette and dining table, sofa, and large bed. Parking is right in front of your unit. Oddly, the restaurant is closed on the weekends."

A delightful room with views over the lake, an amazing picnic lunch left in our room with fresh bread, a pre-dinner drink and canapé and a superb dinner. All this in a spectacularly beautiful location. Thank you."
