"We stayed here during the BC Bike Race (2026) and couldn't have been happier. The staff were courteous and helpful; our main floor room made for easy access, parking was easy, and there was a hose in the lot to clean the bike before moving it indoors. The bedding in the room was amazing - we slept so well - and the room was clean, as was the entire property. We took advantage of the hotel breakfast each morning, and it was excellent. "We loved our short stay at Bayview B&B! Juliette was communicative leading up to check-in, and we really enjoyed visiting with her during breakfast. She is a fantastic cook! Already looking forward to planning a longer stay here."

"No room was not fully equiped, no one was present at the front desk. Bed sheets were filthy and had holes in the blankets. "

"Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!"

"The property was over priced for what it is , I had called the hotel to ask about adjusting dates due to a family emergency and the front desk person stated she would contact the manager and get back to me but I never heard anything and no mention at check in either ……. The hotel is okay but I would expect better at the rate they charge , they did however give a water bottle at check in but I’d preferred they keep the gift and charge appropriately………"

"This property is under new owners and, athough the service was very good, the upkeep and quality of the breakfast was not at the level of the previous owners. The 3 guys who remodeled and redesigned the property gave excellent service and a breakfast that was second to none!"
