The view was unbeatable

Beautiful old property in lovely well kept gardens. Helpful and kind host. Tasty breakfast package and great bathroom. Good coffee and even a glass of Port was provided.

Very comfortable stay, very friendly staff, can highly recommend Seahorse Motel.

Lovely spacious room - incredible bathroom Friendly reception staff

Hotel is beautiful - views across the vineyards from infinity pool are stunning. Rooms are very well appointed, great bathrooms and free minibar a nice touch. However - only negative point - the service was *excellent* by the staff - I cannot fault the effort by the people working there ... BUT - they felt understaffed across hotel. 1 poor guy/girl working pool service for 16-20 people on beds. 1-2 boys or girls on front desk with no porters to help luggage so they have to do that. This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island.

Great place to stay for visiting Phillip Island. Nice shops plenty of places to eat. Friendly check in and check out

Balcony view was amazing. Room was excellent

Warm welcome and a quick check in. Everything was explained helpfully. The chalet was big enough and clean and comfortable. The basic catering amenities were good. Nice bathroom. Parking outside the chalet with the beach 200m away. Nice and quiet. Highly recommend.

the mobil home was clean

Clean room, everything you needed was there.

Excellent - large bed, good size room with excellent facilities. Discount on golf green fees.

Lovely spacious room, great kitchenette for making breakfast. Good location for Mornington & other locations on the peninsula. Lovely reception staff

Lovely calm and peaceful hotel set in beautiful vineyards. Very comfortable room (slightly overdone air con), great service and good breakfast. Easy location to get to lots of destinations of interest. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while exploring Mornington Peninsula. Quiet location on edge of Rosebud. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Not too far to anywhere in southern peninsula. Easy 20 minute drive to ferry at Sorrento.
