"We loved our stay at the Neighbourgood Sutter Mansion. The room was very comfortable, surprisingly quiet, the bed was was heavenly and the bathroom was ‘spa’ like. We did not have the breakfast but the staff offered us espresso drinks and pastries.
The entire team was outstanding, very welcoming but not over bearing. If I have anything to wish for more is an elevator for transportation of luggage’s. "

"Really great hotel. 10 minute cable car ride to Pier 39. hotel security was good. Door is locked at night so I need a key to get into the building. Breakfast did not come with stay. Our room had great views of San Francisco very comfortable beds. Very quiet."
"This is my 2nd time staying at the Castle Inn. It’s my go-to hotel whenever I’m visiting SF because it’s affordable and closeby to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, bus stops, etc. The area it’s in is pretty quiet for the most part and very safe and clean! Will continue to keep booking at this place for my future trips to SF!"
"Super aardige receptiemedewerker (Mark) die vooraf app contact onderhield over inchecktijden. Bij aankomst was mijn kamer nog niet klaar, maar hij bood een andere kamer als ik gelijk een kamer gewild had. Maar ik kon de koffer achterlaten en op stap gaan, en de koffer werd netjes op de kamer gezet.
Hotel is niet makkelijk te vinden als je onbekend bent in de buurt. Is eigenlijk een woonhuis met kamers, dus geen duidelijke entree. Eenmaal gevonden prima!"
"Room had everything we needed and was accessible. Hotel offers parking but limited spots on main level , additional in bottom level. Staff were extremely friendly! One downside is just the location , if you’re a light sleeper there is a lot of noise around the area but they do offer complementary ear plugs! I would definitely still stay there again! "
