there were bugs all over the bathroom. They weren't ants, maybe termites. But it was gross. The night auditor made me sign a blank contract in order to stay there. I asked him to fill in the blank spots like "I agree to pay blank" he didn't speak enough English to understand. Don't stay here. If it hadn't have been so late, I wouldn't have.
The smell of cleaning products was so strong I thought I was going to throw up. The room was so dirty and gross. Towels had dirty handprints. The shower curtain definitely had not been cleaned ever because there was mold on it. Mold also on the lamp shades!! Mold seemed to be everywhere. Hair was also everywhere. Nastiest hotel room ever.
It was a good pleasant stay. The staff was very polite and courteous.

Our first room the AC was not working, an employee quickly came and looked at it and gave us a new room with a working one. New room had a AC that was working great but we did find 2 cockroaches during our stay.

There was an issue with the room door inside handle, but staff quickly moved us to a better room. The stay was adequate but a bit pricey than what we’re accustomed to, although the short notice of reserving a room and the area probably contributed. Breakfast was good as it had tasty bacon and several toppings for waffles including chocolate chips and jam.

Hotel charged an additional $50 to my card for no reason.
I will press charges if I have to. No previous notice that the rooms were being remodeled by loud, cursing contractors into the evening. Late check-in because they were short staffed to get rooms cleaned by 3PM. Counter manager could not understand English well.

Quick 2 night trip to Port A for SandFest. The hotel staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Had coffee maker, fridge and microwave which was helpful. Good experience.

This place advertises a pool and hot tub. Well the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 6 months and the hot tub wasn’t hot, it didn’t even work. Although appeared cleaner than the pool. Broken tiles, broken concrete in pool. The whole reason why I choose this place was for the hot tub. It was a joke.
You are forced to have your room cleaned every day unless you are staying in the room waiting die house keeping to tell them no.
Cockroach’s under furniture. Spiders in bathroom and bed.
Good luck sleeping on 2 half pillows! Ended up sleeping with multiple towels in bed as pillows with the two we had.
