Stained bed sheets ridiculous pet deposit that they don’t like giving back 100 on top of 20 $ a night walls were filthy floors were clean beds uncomfortable

I went for one night for a birthday and they charged me 30 dollars for towels that were only used for makeup after explaining that they would in fact come clean they refused to give me the money back. The room was not clean when I arrived and the floors were so dirty they were brown.

No controlled heat the room was very cold and blankets are thin. No hot water so couldn’t shower. Seems like a hotel for partying not for family’s. Honestly I feel I should get a refund. Cost me $130 for misery after driving 10 hours

The room was exactly as described. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds. It’s an older facility, but perfectly suitable for an overnight stay.

Quick trip
It is a very good price-quality ratio. Still, in our reservation said we were 4 and we only got 1 tiny shampoo, 1 soap and two towels. It would have been nice to have the right amenities. Other than that, the check in and out were quite fast, the staff rather friendly.

Positives= Location was fine. Staff were pleasant Room was neat and clean. Pet friendly with trash cans available outside for garbage and doggie do-do. Negatives= shower curtain hem stained -needs replacing. No tea or coffee in room - just an electric kettle.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the shower. The listing says rainfall shower head. And it was definitely not! I could barely get my hair wet enough to wash.

The front desk staff was nice. Overall the hotel was ok but very lack luster. The comforters were dingy, the pull out couch looked gross but the bedding was clean. The walls were super thin. Also the doors don’t seal so even keeping our door closed we could still smell the other people smoking outside the room beside us.

The reason for our stay at this location was mainly for the convenience of the location off of the 401 highway. I was a little disappointed in the traffic noise level of the road that it was on as I would have liked something a little more quite. In my opinion there are a few minor adjustments that could be made in the bathroom to make it a little more user friendly such as a hook for your towel close to the bathtub/shower, a slip free mat in the tub and the toilet paper suspensor closer as it required you to actually come off the toilet to reach it.

Owner was pleasant. I had no cell phone signal in my room so could not make calls. No landline phone in room. TV was not working. The layout puts rooms on 3 sides of you, busy road. Very noisy guests in 2 adjacent rooms, making it hard to fall asleep. Someone tried getting key in my door at 4:45am. Did not feel safe. Had no way to call for help if needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but traveling alone, I did not feel safe.
