"Hotel is 5 minutes from Central station, so easy to get around from here. Lovely clean room with friendly staff on reception and in restaurant. Breakfast choices good with dishes replenished frequently and hot/cold options. Lots of restaurants nearby for evening meals."

"The room was amazing, lots of space, very comfortable bed, the bathroom was huge but the shower was a little uncomfortable, but the staff told me that the air conditioning was working and it wasn’t and those two days were really hot in Milan! 😕"

The room was clean but was in the oddest location… back of the hotel, 5 stories up, then down three different halls and then down stairs and up stairs and then through a shred door and THAN to our room. It did have a balcony and was next to the metro, so that was very helpful. "

"The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is beautiful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. Unfortunately the noise in the hotel ruined our experience. It sounded like furniture was being moved above and beside us all night. Also they have music playing in the hallways which is nice until you are trying to sleep then it sounds like someone is having a party. "
