"I had an issue with a neighbor playing their TV so loud that we couldn’t hear ours. I can not remember her name, but she said they could ask them around 8ish to quiet down since it was unreasonable loud. I went to ask her to come over and she had gone home and the man said they can’t go into 10:00 since that’s when quiet hour starts. That was disappointing, but they did get us a new room and it was an upgrade to a nicer room. For that evening of peace, we are forever grateful! "
