"I love this hotel! The staff is so kind and efficient! The rooms are clean, the bed is comfy. The rooms are basic and I like it that way! The price is perfect. I will always stay here while in San Diego. "

"The outdoor garden was nice, unfortunately that was the only nice thing. The room was much smaller than expected. The AC wall unit was dirty and blew dirt, mold, shmutz into the room and bed, nasty. Also the bed frame itself was broken. Maybe their other rooms were better but not the single I got. I will never stay here again, not recommended. "

"Spent over 3k for two nights in grand view suite.. front desk was not friendly, welcoming or accommodating.. our room had pizza crusts in corners both upstairs and downstairs in the bi level suite.. the windows were dirty. The electricity in the main entertaining area the dining and living room went out twice during our birthday party celebration and we had to have maintenance come out… The bathroom was stopped up three times in the downstairs bathroom, which is the bathroom that the guests would use and never once did a manager or supervisor addressed these issues especially with spending over 3000 for just a two nights day, this is unacceptable"

"Recent renovations all very nice. What upset me is the recent $25 per day parking charge. I have stayed at this hotel frequently since 2004, and this is the first time I've had to pay for parking, even though I have a handicapped sticker."

"It was 15 mins from the airport. Very convenient to go to Pacific Beach, and La Jolla part of town. The rooms were nice comfortable mattresses and clean. I wish this hotel served coffee in the morning, considering it is a boutique hotel or hot cookies in the evening. I would stay here again."
