"We enjoyed our stay at the property. The receptionist was very helpful, and addressed our questions and concerns throughout the stay. There are some areas that could be improved. The pillows were too soft and not very comfortable to sleep in. The mattress was on the harder side, which led to us not having the best sleep. "Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"The apartment was lovely! Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The kitchen area was a lovely surprise, especially the snacks and drinks that were included. The location was very centrally located and walkable to many tourist sites. It was a great space and I would've liked to have stayed longer than a quick overnight.
