"Jacuzzi was non functional. The room was poorly lit and very run down, but for the price was worth it. Had a fridge and microwave but did not have cups for water nor an ice bucket. But I guess what can you expect from a budget line stay. "

"I was underwhelmed with this hotel. It is under construction right now, so the lobby layout is confusing and feels very cramped. Our room layout was fine and it was clean, but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not go all the way to ground, thus providing very little privacy. The location is great, but this was billed as one of the nicest hotels in Portland and overall felt very mid-range. "

"Clean room friendly staff"

"The price is good, but the noise level isn’t great. The front desk staff weren’t friendly. Personalities of three different front desk staff were flat. Gracie’s for breakfast was lovely and the hostess was excellent! We were told that parking was $20 per night and at checkout we were told it was $40 per night. The lobby should have coffee all day. I tried to have a cup of coffee at 9:45 am and it was iced cold. So amenities were poor in my opinion."
