"Our room was extremely clean and this point is very important, especially to my wife. The room was comfortable, all appliances worked well, the bed was nice and the addition of a room fan was very nice. We both felt it was a good value. Note that it is in the heart of downtown Eugene OR."

Check-in was a breeze—fast, easy, and warmly handled by the friendly front desk staff. Both of our rooms were impressively stocked with thoughtful amenities: granola bars, coffee and decaf packets, bottled water, a table with chairs, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, and even a recliner sofa alongside a comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious, fully equipped with shower accessories and plenty of towels. A nice touch—the toilet was sealed with a “cleaned” sticker...

"A small motel with a modern vibe that has been tastefully upgraded. Room was on the smaller side, but the bathroom was modestly larger than expected. I found it to be clean and the bed comfy. The owner was very friendly at both check in and check out. It sits conveniently off a main arterial, but there was lots of riff raff roaming the street out front. I would stay here again!"
"Staff was really kind and accommodating with allowing early check in and extending stay. Assisted with additional towels for staff and offered to service the room again during our 2 nights. Had fridge and microwave. Room was really clean. A lot of places within walking distance and on bus lines. Was able to utilize the city transportation to save cost and reduce the need for Uber or rental car).
Area did have some homeless people around (not on property just near buy). The homeless did not...
"The room was clean, and renovated. It wasn't as close to Hults Center as listed. We had thought we'd walk to our event, but decided it was farther than we wanted to venture. The only odd thing, was that check in was outside the lobby instead of inside. The clerk as very nice though."
"Very easy to get checked in even though it was pretty late at night. The hosts were very accommodating and made it extremely quick so we could get to our room. I did notice that there really wasn't but one trash can which made it kind of hard when somebody was trying to be in the bathroom and in the sleeping area at the same time."
