"The hotel was pretty quaint and accommodating for a few nights stay. We didn't know that room service was upon request so we expected our rooms to be tidied. We asked the front desk to let them know and they arranged room service for us soon after. Continental breakfast was useful and had a bit of everything but nothing fancy. You will soon get tired of it but it made mornings easier with a toddler. We had people next door that were so loud at night and I wonder if staff keep watch on quiet times. Our phone in our room was disconnected and not working so we couldn't call front desk anyway. But overall, great that it was non smoking and parking was plenty."

"Misrepresentation of amenities. There is no bar/grill on site. The pool and fitness center are under construction and there was no indication of this when booking. The entire lobby is a construction site, the hotel should be closed until construction is completed. Very disappointed."

"Be aware that there is a 19 dollar a day parking fee. The hotel staff are great very helpful and nice. Rooms are clean and updated. Had a very nice time and had no issues"

"Towrls were thon, stringy and grey not white. Bed spread dingy and sheets stained. Only two pillows and the sheets and thin beadspread. No blanket. The front desk gave these two girls w a fog the wrong door and they knocked on my door. Then the cops came to the motel for someone. The water pressure was a trickle and the toilet didnt flush"

"It's not most attractive on the outside. Inside was clean, roomy, functional. The bed was comfortable. My only question, though not necessarily a complaint, was no shampoo, etc ? "

"Clean and comfortable. Just what I needed. A efficient and friendly staff. New rooms. Nice beds. The location is close to a lot of restaurants within a 10 minute walk but I wouldn’t call the neighborhood walkable. I would stay again if I need to come to Concord. "
