"Room was dirty. Sheets/bedding/room dirty, hair everywhere. Friendly people at check-in. They did give me a clean sheet to place on top of bed. Could be a nice place for the price if they would take some pride and clean the room. "
"Personally it was an ok stay, nothing to special, a friendly clerk is the only reason I wrote a decent review. One big downer is that there was no shampoo or conditioner and only on bar of soap a thin piece of junk. When I went to take a shower there was a dental floss stick in the shower which was pretty disgusting."
"Good service, room very large and clean. Free valet parking is the best, you can go everywhere by car average 30 minute to go to Santa Monica,Beverly hill, downtown LA, Griffith park. Next time when I go to LA I will stay at this hotel again."
"They are very accommodating with whatever request (reasonable). Extremly nice and very very safe facility. Breakfast was great and they have unlimited starbucks coffee all day. They have a washer and dryer thats available."
"The location was very close to the bus stop and food options. Rooms were clean and seemed recently updated and AC worked well. There was no coffee maker or microwave, but the fridge worked well and there was a convenient table and chairs in my room. Checkin was easy and staff was nice. "
