"Once we arrived and handed our car off to the valet. Note they didn’t offer a luggage cart or point us in the direction of one. We go to the front desk to be told we are not staying there but will be staying at a lesser value hotel across town. The other hotel had bunk beds, a broken leaking refrigerator ..."

"We came to Columbus to see a show at the Bluestone. Hotel was perfect location and within walking distance. We were able to walk to a nice restaurant and then to the venue in less than 15 minutes. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was very friendly. They put us on the top floor so would be less noisy. ..."

The Westin Great Southern Columbus
"Beautiful lobby, but unfortunately the rest of the hotel doesn't match that. Very run down and in need of some maintenance. Best bet for parking is a garage around the corner for $17. If you get a spot on the ground floor and don't have a lot of luggage, its not a bad walk."
