The shower in our room didn't seem to get as hot as expected. The breakfast was great. Probably the most impressive part. The gentleman that checked us in was outstanding. Overall very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location, had a Mountain View room. Room was okay, there was some trash left above the mini fridge, curtains were very stained. Pet deposit amount was different than what was listed in description and did not mention that it was non refundable.

The staff was great! The room had three pretty large bugs hanging out around the window area that I had to take care of. The shower curtain and some of our towels had stains on them. The sink was also broken and could use some repairs. Everything else worked great (AC, hot water, etc.). Cleanliness is obviously important and should be more of a priority. I would not stay here again based on that.

Management and staff there were great. Made sure me, my daughter and my niece were comfortable and happy with the rooms. The pool was unfortunately closed for i guess maintenance or improvement but we stayed so busy with family while visiting it wasnt a huge deal.

Let's clarify somethings. The stay was okay, housekeepers well they complained about having to do there work though I made sure to even strip the bed before I transfered a room due to location or condition. Hire a breakfast attendant, hire a maintenance technician, place seating outside other then a plastic two seater bench. If people are staying extended you should still supply two ply toilet paper. The rates are two high for the quality, and I'm sorry but if your going to be on a power trip about how you accommodate people then do the walk not just the talk. Honestly the econ lodge has guaranteed breakfast every morning this place did not. Some of the staff was exceptional, mainly satine she was positive. I left a review my first day just to be nice, and the blinders went off from there.

While we were very disappointed to find out that the pool is closed indefinitely, and the hotel tended to be a little bit noisy because it's right by the highway, the rooms are decent, breakfast was good and we received excellent customer service from Jerome and Michael throughout our stay. They were very friendly and attentive and always offered their help and any assistance that we might need. Both made our stay pleasant and made us feel welcome and at home, which helped offset the disappointment about the closed pool. Thank you again, Jerome and Michael! 😀

The service was great but it's a very run down hotel .The pictures do not match the way room and needs a lot of updates.Also not very child friendly alot of smokers in front door but on a plus side it is quite.There not really a breakfast .They have cereal and milk, coffee and toast.

The stuff is very friendly very helpful accommodating what I didn't like about it is that every time I go there there's something wrong with the room like the vents don't work in the bathroom the locks on the ddoorswere flimsy and look like they got kicked in this last time I didn't have any trash cans the TV didn't work and the property looks sketchy. There's a lot of homeless hanging out outside I felt like I had to keep looking out for my car people were good service was good stay was okay.

The Spooky Stay Inn

The hotel is dated but in line with the cost. The room was sufficient. The bed was comfortable. The toilet paper dispenser was broken with exposed sharp metal. It seems like it would be an easy fix to avoid injury to your guests. That staff was nice and welcoming. The people that seemed to live there were friendly. There was an odd aura about the place. I could feel the history of the hotel. It was a bit spooky. I'm sure there were spirits there and thought I saw one peek around the corner in the hall. I didn't feel threatened by them though. The pool was not working which was disappointing.

Not worth the money for the service you get

The Check-in was great the evening people helped us tremendously. Beds were okay TV in the bedroom was horrible. Went down for breakfast there was no eggs waffle mix with sour.Tables were not cleaned off Was told the next day would have eggs went down there Still no eggs only had sausage and waffles .Had to eat on plastic lids because there was no plates. The pool was Closed for remodeling was not on the website stating that otherwise I would have found another hotel Since I was traveling with my 2 grandchildren. I definitely will not stay at this hotel again

OK for the price

It is OK for the price. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool area is in a terrible state but my 7yo did not have an issue with it.
