Noise form the street on Friday night...

Staff was nice, location is good. Our rooms was great, but with the main window to the street and we had a lot of noise form people in the street all night long. Difficult to sleep on Friday night.

muito bom.

A cidade é maravilhosa, o hotel muito bom, principalmente o pessoal, local tranquilo, café da manhã muito bom, preço compatível com o que foi oferecido, hotel nota 9,9. O único problema é o box que é um pouco pequeno e o sinal do wi-fi fraco.

Beautiful boutique hotel, immaculately clean, very friendly staff, good wifi connections and perfect location to walk around the area. Breakfast was great, served in an atrium-type room. Tons of character in this property.

Hotel was well located, close enough to walk to port and restaurants. Staff was very nice and was patient with our broken Spanish (did not speak English). Bed was firm and room was quiet but could have used some new pillows. Aircon worked well. Breakfast was basic but good. Would stay again

Como casa da Vovó: antiga, simples e aconchegante

Gostamos da pousada. É um lugar simples, mas charmoso. O maior inconveniente foi que, por se tratar de uma casa antiga, o quarto que nos foi dado, inicialmente, foi um quarto que estava com muita infiltração e, com isso, com cheiro de mofo forte; onde não seria possível para eu dormir, em função da minha alergia. Conversamos com a responsável pela recepção que nos trocou de quarto cobrando uma taxa adicional, pois segundo ela os outros quartos disponíveis tinham um valor superior ao valor do quarto que havia sido pago por nós. Feito isso, tudo ficou mais tranquilo. É uma pequena casa de dois andares, antiga, porém aconchegante, possui um clima bem agradável, tendo um odor, porém, mais antigo. O café da manhã estava realmente muito gostoso. O atendimento da equipe foi muito solicito, muito bom.

Visit to Colonia.

This was our second hotel in Colonia,we chose this one after spending a night ar Artemis which was disappointing to say the least. Posada La Manuel Libo didn’t disappoint us though, it’s exactly as it appears. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities top notch, clean and well maintenes while keeping with the traditional old Colonial style. It’s located within short walking distance of the old citadel area which makes it ideal for sightseeing . It’s surrounded by restaurants and shops but not on the main drag so far enough from the hustle and bustle and constant noise of the Main Street which is only a short walk away. The only problem we found, in the Sjuife, was that there isn’t enough hot water to fill up the jacuzzi tub, it still worked well but with lukewarm, water only. But they provided us with 2 pretty little tea lights and all the toiletries.

Perfect posada

Absolutely perfect spot to stay in Colonia, whether short or long term! Warm and welcoming management, cozy and clean room, soft water, filling and tasty breakfast, convenient location, just a few hundred meters from popular parillas and barrio historico.. Would love to come stay again!!!
