From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful and friendly and welcoming. The hotel is excellently maintained and immaculately clean. Free coffee and water are available at all times and the breakfast was really good.

Our room was really nice, we had lovely views and the room was fully sound proofed to allow for a restful night. The hotel is in the heart of the city with only a few mins walk to local attractions and sightseeing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in Cologne. Bed & Shower fab. If you walk through the train station, you will exit with the wonderful cathedral in view. I will be honest & say it is in a slightly dicey location but we had no problems at all so would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay; clean room, very accommodating staff. I arrived very early (9:30 am) off a red eye flight and the front desk was able to get me into my room right away, which was absolutely incredible. Loved having water available in the lobby at all times and found the location to be perfect for everything we wanted to do during our two day stay Also, rooftop bar was perfect to enjoy our late night snacks
