The property is walkable to all main areas. The staff were all friendly, Saleem at the check in was very helpfulf and went above expectations to help us out. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfotable.

The room had absolutely no more than the bare necessities. The beds still had hairs and stains on them from the previous guests, and the hotel as a whole seemed very filthy. I found a used cleaning rag stuffed between my mattress and box spring. The pictures they have posted online look nothing like what the hotel is in person. I understand that hotels want their establishments to look nice, but the differences between online images and in-person experiences are stark and unsightly.
Our view from the window, the open dumpster right below our window did not smell nice in the summer heat.

They had problems locating my booking on arrival. Room extremely hot, no air conditioning and fan borrowed from reception did not work. No reply before trip to the question asked about parking so issue on arrival. Staff friendly and tried their best

First and last time here

Check in is at 3pm! Thatnis super late. Upon arrival front desk person was very unprofessional. I was assigned a room that was not what I had reserved. I had reserved a queen size bed and this room had 2 twin beds together with a very thin bigger mattress holding them together. You could easily sink between the two beds. I went back to the front desk and showed that my reservation stated a "queen size bed". The front desk lady said she was busy and that she was working alone. She also said that she did not know which rooms had queen size beds bc she was new. I told her to call and ask housekeeping lady. She said she was too bisy and that she had other business she needed tot ake care off. She told.me to wait 20-30 minutes and then she could help me. I demanded her to give me the room I had paid for ASAP. I am a paying costumer that had been traveling for a long time and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. I was not willing to wait another 30 minutes for her to finish whatever she was working on. After another 15 minutes I was moved to another room. This room was even smaller. Showe was extremely small even for one person. Whater splashes everywhere and floor gets soaked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. Definitely not worth the price!

Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, jedoch war die Toilette kurz vorm runterfallen. Man hatte angst sich draufzusetzen. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war oke, wir wurden an einen Tisch mit jemand anderem gesetzt. Ob das am Zimmer lag oder an etwas anderem ist uns unklar. Sonst war der aufenthalt oke. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatte Vorhänge. Hier war die Halterung allerdings Kaputt.Es gibt insgesamt 7 Parkplätte die jeweils 22€ pro Nacht kosten. Etwas sehr teuer meiner Meinung nach. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber sehr gut, es liegt direkt im Zentrum ohne das man hier krass gestört wird. Man erreicht alles innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß oder per Bahn.

Leider war dies eines der katastrophalsten Hotels, in denen wir je waren eingecheckt haben. Der Fahrstuhl ist aus den 70ern und dementsprechend war es schon eine Qual ihn in Gang zu bringen. In der 4. Etage angekommen guckte direkt eine Steckdose komplett raus aus der Wand. Im Zimmer waren etliche Flecken auf dem Teppich. Eine Steckdose war ohne die entsprechende Dose versehen. Unter dem Bett fand man Kondom Packungen, Dosen und Papier. Dort, wo der Schreibtisch steht, war anhand anderer Wandfarbe zu erkennen, dass vorher etwas anderes dort gestanden haben muss. Das Schlafsofa hat massiv gequietscht und war heftigst durchgelegen in der Mitte. Im Bad gab es eine Badewanne mit Duschstange. Weder im Waschbecken, noch in der Badewanne gab es einen Stöpsel. Wir hatten versucht den Hebel zu drehen um den Stöpselfreien Abfluss zu schließen, ohne Erfolg. Der war mit einer Schraube angeschraubt. Die Duschamatur hat leider so gut wie kein Wasser durchgelassen. Das Wasser war wechselseitig kurz kochend heiß und direkt danach eiskalt. Das Personal war freundlich. Beim Frühstücken hatte die Frühstückskraft offensichtlich keine Lust zu arbeiten. Um eine Kanne Kaffee mussten wir bitten. Am Buffet war ständig alles leer und man musste erfragen, ob sie auffüllen könnten. Für knapp 91€ die Nacht war es Horror.

Zimmer relativ dreckig, staubig, sehr einfach und altmodisch, teilweise defekt und Reparatur nicht während Aufenthalt vorgenommen worden Speisezeit begrenzt, war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich, Speiseraum viel zu klein für Anzahl der Gäste (Platz bekommen schwer), Personal im Frühstückssaal absolut überfordert, unfreundlich und vor allem unorganisiert und chaotisch, macht unwichtiges vor wichtigem Personal am Empfang freundlich und bemüht, Lage des Hotels gut für Kölner Ringe, zu weit für Innenstadt, aber mit ÖPNV auch das gut zu erreichen

Definitely value for money with nice continental breakfast included. We booked the comfort room on top (5th) floor, comfortable beds, small shower, no air conditioning but the tilt window allows fresh air in, carpet needs replacing, walls freshly painted. Quaint hotel and staff were helpful.

Wir müssten für 4 verschiedene Zimmer Defekte Dinge an der Rezeption melden. Nicht per Telefon, nein jedesmal hingehen. Auch Zimmerwechsel war nötig. Das Fenster hing aus dem Angeln. Die Unfreundlichkeit beim Frühstück war nicht zu überbieten. Wir mussten nach 30 Min. den Tisch räumen für die nächsten. Toilettendrücker fiel einem entgegen!! TV defekt. Gardinen hingen an 2Fäden. Andere Gäste kotzen in den Blumenkübel usw. Ich würde dieses "Hotel" würde ich aus dem Programm nehmen.
