Avoid

It’s just so bad that I’m struggling to write anything positive. Cold top floor room for family of 4. Radiators very noisy and Luke warm. Lift only goes to 3rd floor so had to take steps. Curtain was missing, sunlight was disturbing kids to sleep. Total disaster, please avoid.

Personeel was niet vriendelijk. Er staat bij dat er parking aanwezig is maar deze was er niet. Er is wel een betaal parking vlakbij die 12euro per dag is. Er zijn geen voorzieningen aanwezig zoals haardroger, koelkastje, etc... de kamer is letterlijk een monument op zich. locatie is perfect.

Good stay Overall

Good stay overall. The localization is the best part and the very friendly team. The bad part was the bathroom - With a huge window and no curtains, the neighbors could see everything.

Why 3 star hotel ? Too much expensive for this. Also, the window of the bathroom had no curtains, and there was an another private window just front. That mean the nearber see us taking our shower… Privacy ? None at all.

The hotel is in a great location near the cathedral and historical sites in this beautiful city. It is an older property that is on the decline. Clean, but dated and not pleasing to the eye. The front desk staff was on the ball and very friendly when we had an electrical issue (a popped breaker) and a temporary internet outage. If you are looking for a place to just sleep and have easy access to the sites, this is a good place. If you are looking for a nice hotel or to spend a lot of time in your room, this might not the be the right place for you.

Seit gefühlt Jahrzehnten nichts investiert worden. Einrichtung überholt kaputt und dreckig. Für ein billiges Bett nur zum schlafen reicht es aber vollkommen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war für 1 Nacht ausreichend. Es war sauber nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war ekne Katastrophe. Die Matratzen waren so weich und durch gelegen, dass man dachte man liegt gleich auf dem Boden. Die matratzen solöten mal ausgetauscht werden. Sonst war alles ok für diesen geringen Preis. Und die Lage war super. 8 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhpf oder 1 Sation mit der U Bahn.

Lage und preis waren gut. Checkin war 15 uhr und keine min früher.. Als schichtarbeiter erschwerend.. Eben in der lobby gewartet, wobei rezeption sich über handwerker ärgerte, das für nixtun einer mehr verlangte als einer der das problem hinbekam. GlaubMdastisddiegend zum zahnartzt, notfallbereitschaft. 2 nächte wo man kaum geschlafen hatte.. Beim doc dauerte es bis 17 uhr.. Als ich zurück kam durfte ich mich mit der rezeption noch um die kulturtaxe ärgern.. Ich müsse einen befreiungsantrag ihnen von meiner firma geben.. 50 hotels haben es selber eins wo man firma etc angibt und erklärung zustimmt.. Reicht auch. das 51te machts wie dieses, will whatever, was man nich auf die schnelle aus den rippen ritzen kann.. Beruflich vieles sehr kurzfristig geplannt wird und man nicht extrawünsche erfüllen kann (sollt normalerweise umgekehrt sein, das würde man service nennen). Ich versuchte freundlich zu bleiben, da die junge dame doch sehr bemüht war.. Und es unabänderlich verzweifelt entschuldigte.. Son ungastliches extra das einen nach nem harten tag den rest gibt... 2h geschlafen wurde ich vom erdbebenartigen geräuschen und stößen geweckt. Stellte fest, das das de aufzug war.. Ich entschloss mich eine stunde früher zur arbeit aufzumachen um den dienst vorzuschieben, endlich ausschlafen zu können.. Stellte entsetzt fest, das der aufzug sogar 2 zimmer entfernt war.. Ironischerweise ich treppen laufen musste, weil aufzug stillgelegt war. Nachtruhe, tagschläfer ist man halt verloren..

Décevant, expérience non renouvelable

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre que l'on nous a attribuée. On nous a proposé un petit chauffage ventilateur d'appoint! De retour à l'accueil on a négocié une autre chambre : il en restait une, petit sans armoire mais chauffée. Le bâtiment est vieillot et aurait besoin d'être rénové : moquette avec tâches, fenêtres d'une autre époque ... Bref on n'y retournera pas . Seul point positif sa situation au centre de Cologne près de la cathédrale, des marchés de Noël.

Péssima experiência

O hotel não faz jus às fotos! Não há ar condicionado como informado na descrição. Colocaram-nos em um quarto que ficava no sótão, e o elevador apenas subia ate determinado andar. O quarto estava sujo e com teias de aranha. Estava tão ruim que deixamos o hotel e tivemos que ir para outro hotel, pagando 5x mais cara a diária por falta de opção.
