The staff was genuinely kind, polite, and friendly, and they provided clear instructions that made everything smooth. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options that we loved. We also had a fantastic time relaxing in the pool. It would've been perfect if we could have used the hot tub, but we understand it was unavailable due to maintenance. I would gladly recommend...

"We liked our stay - except for the pillows in the room. They were too puffy and thick. It would be nice to have multiple types/sizes of pillows. We like flatter/thinner pillows and these were too big and thick/high as they hurt the neck. We had to use a towel as a pillow. Everything else was wonderful!"

"The hotel is located at a busy intersection but you really couldn't tell when you were in the room. The temperature knob on the AC unit was missing and other knob didn't seem like it was doing anything. Not sure if this was done purposely or not. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Have stayed here several times and each time have not been disappointed. This time was in one of the rooms at the back. Found it a little dark but really wasn't there much during the day. The parking is a little narrow even with a smalll car when reversing out of the spot."

"We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before we went, to confirm that the pool would be open, I was told it was. I contracted them about the situation and they basically said it's closed. Upon further correspondence, they recommended that we go...

"From the time we arrived to check in, everything was great! Sarah at the front desk was amazing, offering us an upgrade in order to be next to our friends since we were celebrating a bday that weekend. Rides, restaurants were great, staff was friendly and the grounds were clean. Would absolutely recommend, we will be back."

"Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down."
