"The place is old and needs updating. The heater didn’t come on. The fan inside the system has a bearing going out. The bathroom door makes a loud noise when it is opened. Stains on the furniture. Light bulbs burned out. The breakfast wasn’t good. Gravy was cold and biscuits were hard. Tossed them and went to McDonalds."

"We were driving from Miami to Texas and needed a place to stop to rest. We had Uhual attached so I used Google to ask where to stop that would be safe. This place came up so we decided to take a chance. All I can say is you get what you pay for. The place has potential as for the outside looks maintained. The inside was filthy. Floor was sticky, old, smelly, hair in my tub and inside of the tub was filthy. Just because is cheap doesn’t mean it needs to be dirty! On top of it I was woken up at 3am by a man smoking marijuana in front of my door. I have to go to the front desk staff to complaint. I did not see any security so I was worried about our trailer all night. One star for just for the easy parking! "

"First nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and couch was torn up, looked like cat scratches. They moved us into second room which smelled of smoke and wet dog. Pieces of trash outside, clientele looked sketchy."

"The home was beautiful. Upon arrival we were hit with a putrid smell that lingered throughout the weekend. The issue was apparently the garbage disposal as the water on the right side of the sink did not go down fast. While I’m sure it was not intentional it was definitely annoying. We tried bleach in the drain and that did not help. The sheets were not washed prior to our stay as we had crumbs in the bed we slept in along with an orange food stain. The front door was hard to open from the inside at times. The bathroom water continued to come out brown. We brought our own washcloths and every washcloth we had that was white or light colored became a rust color upon dipping it in water during bathing. The remote to the bedroom we occupied was missing. We luckily brought our and was able to use our phone as a remote through the app. The backyard was not as expected. The pictures made the yard look way bigger with a larger grill. We had to change plans and cook inside. Those things aside the house was lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would honestly book again if the above are rectified. Beautiful area and neighborhood. House just needs a little more attention to the aforementioned details before renting to guests. "
