"My family and I stayed at the Green Isle Hotel during our vacation in Dublin. When making the reservation, the hotel stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. after an overnight flight from the United States and were prepared to pay that fee. However, the front desk informed us that because we booked through a third party, our room (179) would not be available until 3:30 p.m.

"Room was so tiny my bed was aqueezed against three walls. The view was dreadful of a horrible back yard. It took a menber 20 minutes to makr my coffee maker work. The room was freezing but a staffer managed to turn on some heat. The hotel's location is great and so is the pub. The desk clerks were all wonderful"
